Solopreneurs and small business owners have various types of hiring needs. Some of the roles we specialize in hiring for are sales, customer service, administrative assistants, operation coordinators, content creators, and leadership roles at all levels.
We believe in delivering results, but recruiting costs money. So we require an initial deposit of 50% to begin the engagement, with the remainder due upon the new hire starting in the role.
Sometimes people are just not a fit for whatever reason. We recommend that all our clients put in a minimum 30-day probationary period for every role. Then, if you need to terminate the employee, we are happy to re-engage, filling that role free of charge. That’s our satisfaction guarantee.
If the hire decides to leave your business for whatever reason, that’s unfortunate but a realistic possibility. As part of our intake process, we will stress the importance of offering enough incentives and the right employee experience to retain your talent. Should the employee resign, we are happy to re-engage filling the role, potentially at a discounted rate.
We love when solopreneurs and entrepreneurs want to scale their company quickly, which means business is going well. So if you are hiring 2 or more concurrent employees, we offer a bulk discount per role being filled. Ask us for more information.
This is something we hear often. We will also help you gauge your actual needs during our intake process. If you don’t need a full-time employee, that’s ok, as plenty of people are looking at part-time options. The reality is, though, the costs associated with filling a part-time or full-time role are the same for us, so our prices are the same. For those who might need more temporary support, a cheaper option would be to use our powerhouse team of Virtual Assistants.
As a virtual company, we don’t hire for trades positions, such as general contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, carpenters, etc. We also don’t currently hire Virtual Assistants as there are other agencies better equipped to hire those types of positions.
Hiring is a tricky business. While we have a high success rate, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. So we offer a 30-day fill guarantee. If we fill a position and the person doesn’t work out, we will source another candidate free of charge. We won’t refund the initial deposits and fees paid, as that work has already been completed.
